Getting the ACI designation is the best way to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge about the captive insurance world.  The breadth of courses provides a well-rounded view of the captive insurance industry for anyone to pursue their desired path to work in this field.   Captive insurance is an emerging field that, I believe, every insurance management professional needs to know. The instructors were experts and the courses were well organized.
