CURRENT RESPONSIBILITY
Mary Ann McMahon is a consulting actuary with the Boston office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2001.

EXPERIENCE
Mary Ann has been involved in a variety of property and casualty consulting assignments, including reserve analyses, ratemaking, loss projections, feasibility studies, pro forma financial projections, and data analysis. She serves a wide variety of commercial lines clients, particularly those in the alternative risk market. These include multi-line property and casualty insurers, captives, self-insurers, risk retention groups, and state insurance departments. Mary Ann works for several clients in the health care industry, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and nursing homes. She provides on-going actuarial support related to funding and reserving for their property and casualty coverages. Mary Ann has assisted the insurance departments in Maryland and Massachusetts with the examinations of several large property and casualty insurance companies. She has also assisted in the review of hundreds of rate filings for the insurance departments in
Kentucky, Maryland, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
