Charmain Aggarwal

Charmain serves as Vice President of USA Risk Group. In 2006, Charmain joined USA Risk Group as an account manager in the Cayman office. In 2015, she was promoted to Vice President of the Cayman Islands operations and most recently she was a key member of the 2019 management buyout of the company and was appointed Vice President. In this role, Charmain is responsible for the day-to-day internal operations of the group including finance, technology and human resources. Additionally, she is responsible for management and oversight of client relationships and serves as the primary contact for clients.

Charmain has over 25 years of experience in the financial and accounting industry, with the past 16 years focused on captive management. Her professional designations include Certified General Accountant (CGA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA), and Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI).
