Before beginning the ACI program, most of my knowledge about captive insurance came from hands-on experience and attending conference sessions. The ACI program provided a comprehensive, structured understanding of the captive insurance landscape. What I learned was immediately applicable to my role as a captive owner, enhancing both my confidence and effectiveness. My only regret is not starting the program sooner.
