Dennis Silvia is the Managing Member of Custom Captive Solutions LLC. Prior to that, he was president of Cedar Consulting LLC, in Chagrin Falls, OH and Director of Group Captive Programs for CNA Insurance Co. in Chicago.
In the decade preceding, Dennis served as Vice President, Captive Products for National Interstate Insurance Company in Richfield, OH. He has also had additional insurance industry experience as a broker marketing manager.
Dennis has also taught insurance courses at the college level in Ohio.
