Dawn Dinardo

Dawn has over 15 years of captive management experience with Hylant, JLT/Marsh and Aon. She has been involved in all facets of captive management: feasibility, formation, implementation and on-going compliance and reporting. Dawn has experience with multiple domiciles. She has broad knowledge of managing Risk Retention Groups, Single Parent Captives, Cell Structures and Group Captives. Dawn is currently serving on the conference committees for both South Carolina and Tennessee Captive Insurance Association, acting Conference Committee Chair TCIA from 2021 to present. Dawn has been on the Captive Academy panel at the SCCIA and TCIA Conference, as well as participating as a member for the CICA’s Amplify Women initiative. Dawn is also a member of the Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA), Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA), North Carolina Captive Insurance Association (NCCIA), South Carolina Captive Insurance Association (SCCIA) Tennessee Captive Insurance Association (TCIA) and Western Region Captive Insurance Conference (WRCIC).

Dawn earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus in both Accounting and Computer Software Applications from Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina. Dawn has completed the required courses to attain her Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation.
