To ensure the ACI designation upholds a standard of excellence, graduates of the program are expected to maintain their designation by completing continuing education (CE) requirements.

ACI graduates must complete a minimum of 12 CE credits every three years after receiving the designation to remain in good standing.

The cost of CE credits can be reduced by joining the ACI Alumni Network (AAN) or purchasing a CE Subscription Package.

ACI designation CE credits may be earned through the following:

1. Attending “hot topic” webinars through ICCIE or “educational seminars” through VCIA. The two organizations typically offer a minimum of six such webinars each year. 
2. Completing an ICCIE Elective Course or an approved Non-ICCIE Elective Course listed in the ICCIE Course Catalog, including any required post-course exams. 
3. Documented attendance at approved sessions at live or virtual captive conferences. To receive ICCIE CE credit, complete the sign-in sheets at the conference, or obtain a certificate of completion from the conference and forward it to the ICCIE office. Please note there is a $100 fee for each session ($75 for AAN members).
4. Presenting or moderating an approved session at a live or virtual captive conference. Presenters and moderators receive two (2) ICCIE CE credits per session at no cost.
