The CCI-M Program was a great opportunity to put a formal and coherent structure around my experience working in the Captive Industry.  ICCIE has an incredibly knowledgeable group of instructors sharing their expertise from all vantage points: Captive Manager, Accounting, Legal, Broker, Actuary and others gathered into one place to study and learn.  No matter if you are novice to captives or seasoned professional, we all know there is more to learn in this evolving industry.  A great program assisting me with current clients, and new projects under development.
