Over the past 13 years, she has advanced through a series of key roles, including Account Manager, Client Team Leader, and Account Executive. This progression has given her a well rounded and in-depth understanding of the captive insurance landscape.
Throughout her career, Courtney has partnered with numerous Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies across various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Food Sciences, Chemicals, and Manufacturing. Her extensive experience enables her to address complex client needs with innovative and tailored captive solutions that consistently exceed expectations.
