Beth has expertise in medical malpractice litigation defense and plaintiff, employment practice and D&O litigation management in multiple state jurisdictions. Experience managing alternative risk finance programs such as Risk Retention Groups and off-shore Captives for large integrated health care systems, academic medical centers, employed physician networks, and Accountable Care Organizations.
