Program Summary:
The panelists will be reviewing key risks and exposures of captive entities from the angle of corporate governance, corporate management, and financial assurance. The session will include real life examples of risks that captives face, that are often exposed through failure of appropriate internal controls. The panelists will also offer steps and best practices to minimize these risks.
