Oceana is a Senior Vice President of Davies Captive Management and has over 25 years’ experience in the Bermuda Insurance Industry. She is a member of CPA Bermuda and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
Oceana moved to Bermuda in 2000 to the Grant Thornton affiliate office, where she specialized in audits of captives and developed expertise in Bermuda law, investments and banking. She joined Davies in 2003 and over the years has helped incorporate, license and manage numerous captive and commercial insurance companies.
In her current role, Oceana sits on a variety of captive boards and is actively involved in the day to day operations and oversight of the management of captives, commercial insurers and segregated accounts companies.
Davies is one of the leading independent Captive and Rent-a-Captive managers with its main operations in Bermuda.
