As a young man I was attracted to it by like minded professionals and our numbers grew as I was not alone. As an old man I search for ways to continue to play a role in it as one man in now a much larger group of like minded professionals. The “idea of a university ” to serve like minded professionals historically is inevitable as a professional industry evolves. For our captive industry that we love at this stage of our history, that idea surfaces in ICCIE and the stamp of approval from your peers is the ACI designation.
