Program Summary: This session will feature a panel of distinguished captive regulators looking at the current state of affairs in the captive insurance industry. Focus will be given on captive operations in the next six months as captive managers and captive owners look to ensure compliance, watch solvency benchmarks, and begin planning for the future. There will be an opportunity for participants to send questions to the panel.
