Access Online Class

How to Join an Online Class in Webex Webinars (webconference)

1. Go to iccie.webex.com  (we recommend you do this 5-10 minutes before the start of class)

2. In the area marked “Enter meeting information” in the middle of the screen, enter the course Session Number

  • The course Session Number and Password are in the “Important Information” email sent from ICCIE
  • You do not need to sign in to WebEx, and you do not need your own WebEx account

3. Click “Join”

4. Enter course Password and click “OK”

  • We recommend you type the password. If you copy and paste, make sure there are no spaces before or after it.

5. On the next screen, click “Join Meeting”

6. Sometimes a screen appears with two options:

  • Option 1: Click “Open Webex” if you want to join the meeting using the Webex app
  • Option 2: Click “Cancel” then “Join from this browser” if you do not want to use the Webex app

7. Enter your full name and email, then click “Next”

  • We recommend you use headphones plugged in to your computer for optimal audio quality

8. Click “Join webinar”
